Jackson's Comfy Bungalow is hidden in the heart of Culver City and snuggled next door to the charming Jackson Market. Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath Bungalow has modern updates to both bathrooms, great wifi and television, a comfortable work area and a large galley kitchen for those who love to cook. Enjoy your lovely courtyard patio out the front door or join the community and dine on the backyard patios of Jackson Market right out your back door.

The space
This Bungalow was first built in 1922. The owner, Charles Bartunek, added a store next door three years later and named it Bartunek's Market which still operates today under our stewardship. The cottage has been fully updated over the years with lots of modern upgrades yet maintains a timeless charm to it.

Guest access
The courtyard patio in the front yard of the home is available for your exclusive use. Other areas of the property are dared common areas you are welcome to use any time with an exception for special events and circumstances. These areas include the laundry center (shared with guests in other units) and the front and back dining patios of the market which are open to the public from 9am-9pm daily.

Other things to note
Street parking is available for free evenings after 4pm and all day Sunday. Weekdays there is a 2hour time limit during the day on our block only, we always park on the next block of Jackso where there are no time limits. Everyone has to watch out for street cleaning Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
