The space
Your queen room features a walk-in closet, dresser, armoire w/coffee condiment & continental breakfast station, full length mirror, luggage stand, iron/ironing board, reading chair, books, a 55” Samsung 4k smartTV w/AppleTV on extending swivel mount, alarm clock w/usb charging ports, and an Alexa powered Sonos One speaker.
Your modern bathroom is private for your use only and located just steps from your room, it boasts a walk-in rain shower, full body jets, a warming towel rack, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), hotel brand lush Teri cloth towels/linens, robes, hair drier and more. It is not en-suite.
Your pool access is shared with your hosts and offers loungers, sectional couch, high top dining table/chairs and an assortment of floats.
At the dock you’ll find a hammock strung beneath the king palms overlooking the Hillsborough river. Our captains chairs provide the perfect vantage point for enjoying your morning coffee, wetting a line, and taking in a gorgeous sunset over the water.

Guest access
Guests have complete and private access to the queen room and guest bathroom. Guests have very limited kitchen access, shared access to the pool and riverfront dock. Guests enter through our home's front door and will be provided with a key(s) at check-in.

During your stay
Guests will be given a lockbox code to access a key. Personal check-in is preferred but now always available. We will communicate full instructions and are always available via AirBnB messenger.

Other things to note
We look forward to meeting you! Because your reservation is for our queen room, located w/in our home, we prefer to greet you personally to provide a tour, answer any questions you may have and provide you with a key for access to our home. A lock box is also available if we're unable to coordinate an in-person check-in.

In preparation for your reservation, here are a few important key details:
- Trish and I have a chihuahua named Bow who loves to greet anyone/everyone at the front door. She’s very sweet and loves attention but please don’t feel obligated, (or frightened by her bark).
- smoking is prohibited on our property.
- the room includes a coffee bar, muffins, and basics for use during your stay. The bathroom is private to you and your wife and is just steps off of the door to your room includes toiletries, linens & bathrobes.
- pool access is just through the French doors leading to the sunroom and outside the sliding glass. The dock is just beyond the pool down by the river where we have a hammock, large sectional, fire pit and captain's chairs which make for a great vantage point to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold beer at sunset. Please note that these are shared spaces.
