The space
This 1+ acre property offers the natural-beauty of the Texas Hill Country, including sweeping views of Inks Lake, beautiful rock formations, native plants and wildflowers, and occasional deer. The property contains the main house, a 70s A-frame cabin. The cabin includes four bedrooms and one bathroom: Bedroom 1 contains a king bed, while Bedrooms 2 & 3 each contain a queen. Bedroom 4 is a loft bunk room, with 4 twin mattresses. Also on the property is the back house, which contains the second bathroom, a king bed in the loft, and a trundle bed on the first floor. We also have a great pool area, with full outdoor kitchen, sparkling pool, patio, and fire pit area.

Please note: While the home sleeps up to 12 guests, it is best suited for groups with a mix of adults and children. With 12 adults, the space can feel tight due to bedroom layouts and shared living areas. For comfort, we generally recommend no more than 8–10 adults, with additional guests being children/infants.
