Great place for a family group!!

Very comfortable and nicely appointed house for our family of 8. The location on the lake is also very good. The house is on good water and the dock was easy for us to use with our boat. Highly recommend this home

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Slept great in the comfortable beds, hose was very clean, and lake was great!

This was a great place for my family, extended family and two dogs. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really liked the yard being fenced in so our dogs could play and enjoy the place as well. Outdoor illumination could be improved. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for my family from all over Texas to come together for my grandfather’s birthday! Everything was perfect and the kids loved the playground area. We would definitely like to come back!

The unit we stayed in was very nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that there could have been more towels. Otherwise it was great.

Wendy's place was amazing! Wendy's was very detailed on her instructions/directions on where and how to get in the unit. There was no confusion. Absolutely love the unit. It was clean, spacious and had amazing views. Loved our time there! Fuller Family

Beautiful condo! Had everything needed to make for a great stay. They thought of everything someone on vacation would need! Very relaxing.

We had a wonderful family stay! The condo is fantastic— spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well supplied, large family sized refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker with pods and coffee extras. Bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, plenty of seating available at the dining table and living room, washer and dryer supplied with detergent. We would book again in the future.

Thank you so much for giving my family a safe place to stay! We truly enjoyed our stay and all the details throughout! The view was the best part! The amenities were amazing too, inside pool too?! TOO COOL! Even the restaurant bar/ grill was great! Our puppy had a blast with all the new smells and loved the poop bag stations throughout the complex! So helpful! We loved the view from the balcony even down to the cliff/water area! Deer were everywhere! That was so cool and different for us! We truly felt at home, safe and welcomed! 10/10 Stars! Literally, did I mention the nighttime sky view from the balcony is just *chiefs kiss*! I will tell all my friends and family about this stay! Zach was a great host. He gave suggestions and answered all our questions quickly and fully. The condo is beautiful and well kept! a great space to relax and spend some down time or have a romantic getaway. Lots of deer in the area. The courtyard is cool.

I stayed here for the Austin Rattler mountain bike race nearby at the Reveille Peak Ranch, a short 10min drive away. The house was a perfect place to rest and relax before and after the race. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen has everything necessary for meals, etc. It’s a cozy house in a quiet area with deer strolling about daily. Samantha and Robert were excellent hosts and quickly answered the few questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and enjoyed my visit.

This place is so great we have stayed here 3 times. We end up taking our boat and jet ski and it is a short ride to the open water. The house is great for our family and has a great back yard for cooking and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

What a delight it was to stay at Flamingo Cottage! Cozy and beautifully decorated with a county flair, it was the perfect accommodations for our daughter's wedding at Blissful Hill, a grand venue in itself with incredible service all around with the platinum package. We also rented the 13 bed, 8 bath Villa, across the driveway, for our large family, and it was the best accommodations ever! Kudos to Blissful Hill and all their lovely places to stay!

Came for a wedding in the area and brought dogs, an infant and a baby sitter so a house was more fitting than a hotel. House had everything we could’ve needed. Kitchen was well stocked, very pet friendly, and comfortable. Tons of extra comforts such as board games and cozy blankets to make it feel homey. David was an excellent host and very accommodating and responsive to us. If we’re ever in the area we will absolutely stay here again.

This entire property was beautiful and I’m so grateful I was able to stay so last minute! Travis was very communicative and clear and I look forward to staying here again (hopefully) sometime soon!

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.
