1930's adobe with brick expansion, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, screened porch, tile floors, hi-speed wifi, ethernet ready, office/lounge/entertainment room with dedicated work space. Pets welcome, 36' chain link fenced backyard with secure gate. Quiet neighborhood. 4500 ft elevation. Please do not leave pets unattended outside as we have a large and diverse wildlife population.
