Modern style studio in a quiet, large, traditional home with pool and jacuzzi(hot tub) located in Point Loma Heights.

We are walking distance from a couple of restaurants, cafes, bars, convenient/grocery stores, yoga studio, parks, and libraries.
Also, it's a very short trip to beaches (ocean beach, sunset cliff, mission bay and pacific beach), sea world, liberty station, sports arena, old town, little Italy, downtown and airport.
I-8 and I-5 allow easy access to anywhere in San diego.

The space
Basically, it is a share house consisting of the main house, 2 in-law studios, and a detached guest house.
But, each of the 4 units have independent and private living space and accessibility.
The house resembles a cozy, boutique-style hotel.

Guest access
Outside: Pool, Jacuzzi (Hot tub), Poolside restroom and shower/changing room, BBQ grill, Patio tables, and chairs

Under the roof: Lounge, Washer and dryer(coin operated) in garage

Other things to note
** This area is located under an airplane pathway. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the ideal location for you. Aircraft noise may be heard during the day, evening, and occasionally at night.

** Effective in 2025, California's daylighting law (AB 413) prohibits parking within 20 feet of a marked or unmarked crosswalk on the approach side of the intersection.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am
( Please lower volume or noise level)
- Laundry room hours: 8 am to 10 pm
- Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm ( Cover is closed for maintenance purposes when not in use)
- Pool hours: 8 am to 6 pm or till sunset( It's Not heated)
