Tranquil Terrace is peaceful and centrally located Airbnb bedroom and bathroom suite perfect for your base of operations in the DC metro area. 2.5 miles from the Univ. of Maryland campus. 1/2 mile walk to the Green Line Metro station. Large shade trees on a quiet cul-de-sac in Hyattsville, Maryland. Easy access to Washington, DC and major roads to Baltimore and Annapolis. Walking distance to drug stores, restaurants, shops and farmer's market. Excellent bike paths nearby.

The space
The Airbnb is a bedroom/bathroom suite with its own separate entrance and soundproofing to the main house. The large bedroom includes a small sitting area next to bay windows overlooking the landscaped front yard. It also has a tv and free Wi-Fi. There is a walk-in closet between the bedroom and bathroom with plenty of hanger and storage space. It has a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and coffee station. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower/tub and a Japanese style washlet toilet.
