Guests will have full access to the entire condo, as well as the lawn by the marina, golf course, and playground. Enjoy hassle-free check-in with keyless entry for your convenience. Free parking is also available and easy to navigate.

Other things to note
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, 4 trash bags, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ PARKING - Please note that parking is free. However, the Bay Point community does not allow trailers or golf carts.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $200 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ SECURITY CAMERA - For your safety and awareness, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It is used for security purposes only.

Neighborhood highlights

You'll quickly see why we absolutely love the location of this condo in Bay Point, nestled on the east side of Panama City Beach. It offers such a wonderfully private and relaxing feel, a true escape from the usual PCB crowds. From the condo, you'll enjoy great bay views and have convenient access to Shell Island through nearby boat tours. While it feels secluded, you can still easily access all the best attractions in PCB. We love that you can simply walk to the Bayside Boardwalk and access a private beach on the bay. The golf course within walking distance also offers another great amenity option for guests who like being outside and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
