Know Before You Go:
- As part of our compliance with city ordinances and the global party ban on major travel booking sites, a strict maximum occupancy of 10 guests is in effect for this listing (this includes temporary visitors you may invite to the house). If you’re planning to invite additional friends or family to visit during your stay, please notify us ahead of your visit. Visitors are kindly asked to return home before midnight each night to avoid extra headcount fees. Failure to notify the host an event or gathering on the property will result in immediate eviction and total loss of your deposit (which is no fun for anyone, so please notify us!).
- Smoking is not permitted in the house.
- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-7am, but you're welcome to use the outdoor amenities (quietly) until 11pm.
- The pool will be cleaned most Wednesdays or Thursdays, or may vary depending on the weather, and the automated pool vacuum is scheduled to clean everyday starting at 8am-12pm.
ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES:
it is an additional $125/per day minimum of 2days to have access to the pool heater and jacuzzi. This covers the energy consumption required to maintain the desired temperature
Grill fee of $100 - fee includes the provision of propane tanks and cleaning
