The home has exterior security cameras for safety monitoring (none inside the unit).

The air conditioner is preset to run between 68°F and 78°F for comfort and efficiency. If you need it adjusted outside of that range, just let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!


We welcome small, well-behaved dogs. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare the fenced yard accordingly.
