Homer House Chalet is nestled amongst a mature spruce forest on the hill overlooking Kachemak Bay and the Homer Spit. Sit in front of the fireplace or on the deck as you soak up the peakaboo view of Homer's iconic Spit, backdropped by snow covered mountains. This quiet home feels private while still being just minutes from all that Homer has to offer!
The space
3 Bedroom 2 bath home with a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and a large deck with a propane grill all overlooking a beautiful view of Kachemak Bay. There is also a large freezer to store your fresh catch! Please ensure fish is well sealed & no leaks or there may be additional cleaning charges. No fish processing at the home, there are fish cleaning stations & carcass dumpsters out on the Homer spit. Thanks!

You will have access to the entire home. There is enough parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in the driveway.
Other things to note
The driveway is easiest to pull into driving up East Hill. If you miss the road and have to turn around and come back down East Hill it can be a sharp turn to turn into.
The driveway is also steep so as you're exiting the driveway back onto East Hill, use caution and make sure to look both ways for oncoming traffic.
