600 meters from Cintermex and the main entrance to Parque Fundidora (5 min walk from Cintermex, Parque Fundidora, Arena Monterrey and Paseo Santa Lucia. 5 min by car: Macroplaza, Zona Tec, Pavilion M. 12 min by car from Centrito Valle, Chipinque, El Obispado, BBVA Stadium, University Stadium).

It is located on the second floor (there is no elevator), it consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. For your convenience, the interior and exterior of the apartment are fumigated.
