4 blocks from Cintermex and the main entrance to Parque Fundidora (5 min walk from Cintermex, Parque Fundidora, Arena Monterrey and Paseo Santa Lucia. 5 min by car: Macroplaza, Zona Tec, Pavilion M. 12 min by car from Centrito Valle, Chipinque, El Obispado, BBVA Stadium, University Stadium)
🏠 THE APARTMENT
It is located on the GROUND FLOOR, consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a small dining room. For your convenience, the interior and exterior of the apartment are fumigated.
🔑 THE 3 BEDROOMS
They come with body towels, pillows, quilts and clean sheets. Each room has mini-splits and a ceiling fan.
We have a 4th room that we open only when there are many guests with 1 single bed without a mini-split.

Three double and three single beds distributed in the rooms. Kangaroo bases.

You'll find shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and toilet paper.
