The space
MUST CLIMB STAIRS TO ACCESS PROPERTY!
- You will have access to the entire one bedroom condo along with the condo amenities - community pool, playground, grills, and private beach access.
- We are located on the second level in building 1 at the Topsail Dunes condo community.
- Our building has private beach access located on the first level *We do not have direct access from the unit itself*
- The pool is located between building 2 and 3 just past the playground.
- Please note, hallway bed is slightly smaller than a standard twin bed.
- There is one 65" smart TV located in the living room. There is no TV in the bedroom.

Important Note: MUST CLIMB STAIRS TO ACCESS THIS PROPERTY! This is a second-floor walk-up unit with no elevator.

*Pool is open seasonally - typically from Memorial Day until mid October

- Must be at least 25 to rent property. Driver’s license will be required at time of booking. You can submit your drivers license through the pre-arrival form which will be sent immediately after booking. Please note - your reservation will be canceled if primary guest booking is under the age of 25. You will also receive a link immediately after booking to sign your rental agreement as required by the NC Vacation Rental Act. Guidebook with door code will be sent the day prior to check-in. Check-in information will not be sent until both pre-arrival form and rental agreement are signed. For same day bookings, pre-arrival form and rental agreement shall be completed prior to door code being sent.

- To ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, please report any issues with the property right away and within the first 24 hours of check-in. Early notification lets us resolve things quickly for you.

- A Note on Palmetto Bugs (American Cockroaches / Water Bugs) Living right by the water in coastal North Carolina, we share our space with nature—including palmetto bugs (aka American cockroaches or water bugs). These big, flying outdoor insects are super common here and can occasionally make their way inside (especially if doors/windows are open). Our pest treatments help a lot, but they're impossible to eliminate 100% in this environment—they're just part of beach life! They do not indicate an infestation or poor housekeeping.

While we maintain pest control treatments and respond quickly to reports, we do not offer refunds for isolated or occasional sightings of these common regional pests. However, if you notice multiple, please notify us immediately (ideally within 24 hours of the first sighting). We're happy to arrange an additional inspection and treatment during your stay at no extra cost to you.
