Perfect location in Houston Heights, 3 story townhouse just minutes from downtown, memorial park, Yale st and Galleria. just a walking distance to a plenty of upscale restaurants. 1st floor two bedrooms and a full bathroom, come w/ample closets & storage space. BONUS 3rd floor loft & half bath are the perfect spot for an office or game room. 2 car attached garage for easy parking. Gated private small community.

- THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE (you might be a subject for fine in case of smoking indoors)
- Strictly NO NOISE outdoor (front of the house, balcony) after 11pm
- ALL guests must provide ID PRIOR to booking if it is their first time booking with us.
- Booked guests are not allowed to invite strangers to the house. security cameras are outside the property to monitor Safety issues around the property.
Self Check in is at 3pm, Self Check out 12pm sharp
- Flat price is only for 1 to 4 guests after 4 guests we charge around $63 fee per person.
- guests are requested to return the home the way they found it. We charge very low cleaning to only cover the bedding changing, disinfect all touches surfaces and tidy up the place Guests who trash the place will be charged extra fee for cleaning.
- any damage, staining or missing items will result in extra charge
- please try not to mark walls they have been repainted
- please don’t block pathways for our neighbors cars (no Angle parking or double parking, car will be towed). Trucks and long Vans won’t fit in garage.
- pets may require additional fee of $100. Pets are not allowed to Pope at the property or backyard.
