Guest will have exclusive use of the house on the privately gated property at HIDEAWAY IN HINDES, TX. The house is secluded but we ask that you stay in the yard in order to respect our neighbors and their property.
-You will have access to Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Middle Bedroom, Front bedroom, 2nd Bath, Kitchen, Dining & Living, Laundry room, outside areas including the front porch, side patio off of Master bedroom, & yard.
- Fire-pit, Gas Grill, Corn Hole Game, Horseshoes, telescope to view stars
- On front porch: 4 Cedar chairs and patio table and chairs for 4
- On side patio off Master: Adirondack chairs around fire -pit & Gas Grill
- Fenced property with temporary gate access code for use during your stay.

OCCUPANCY
• Base pricing includes up to 6 guests. The home can accommodate up to 9 registered guests total with prior approval. Additional guest fees apply beyond 6 guests. For comfort, the home is best suited for groups of approximately 5–6 guests.
AGE REQUIREMENT
• Minimum booking age is 30 with at least 2 positive reviews, or age 25 with at least 3 positive reviews. Reservation requests that do not meet these guidelines may be declined.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
• A separate rental agreement will be sent following booking and must be signed within 72 hours. All adult guests must be listed on the reservation and registered prior to arrival.
• Valid government-issued ID may be required for all guests age 18 and older.
REGISTERED GUESTS
• Only registered guests and registered vehicles are permitted on the property.
HOLIDAY OCCUPANCY
• During major holidays and local event weekends, occupancy may be limited to 6 guests.
RURAL ENVIRONMENT
• Hideaway in Hindes is located in an authentic South Texas ranch-country environment with native wildlife, uneven terrain, cactus, insects, livestock, and occasional non-venomous and venomous snakes. Guests should be comfortable in a true rural setting.
WILDLIFE
• Due to the rural ranch environment, wildlife, livestock, and outdoor features, the property is best suited for adults and older supervised children age 12 and older. Pets are not permitted.
CAMERAS
• The property is equipped with 3 exterior-only security cameras monitoring outdoor entrances, parking, and yard areas for safety, property protection, and guest count verification when necessary. There are no interior cameras or recording devices inside the home. Security cameras record continuously when motion is detected.
QUIET HOURS
• To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property for all guests and nearby landowners, quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am and respectful outdoor behavior are appreciated. Respect property boundaries.
GROCERIES & SUPPLIES
• The home is located approximately 11 miles from the nearest gas station and about 30 miles from major grocery stores and shopping. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead and bring needed supplies for their stay. HEB and Walmart curbside pickup are available in Pleasanton.
FIREPIT
• Outdoor fires are permitted only in the designated firepit and only when weather conditions and county regulations allow. Please never leave fires or the grill unattended.
SMART TVS
• Smart TVs with streaming apps are provided throughout the home. Guests may log into their personal streaming subscriptions during their stay.
WELL WATER & SEPTIC
• The property operates on well water and septic. Please help us protect the system by avoiding flushing anything other than toilet paper and by being mindful of what goes down sinks and drains.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance, including “cancel for any reason” coverage if desired, as refunds outside the cancellation policy cannot typically be accommodated.
