The space
Welcome to your peaceful hilltop retreat in Northwest Austin, set above the iconic 360 Bridge.

This space is designed for guests who want a quieter, more grounded Austin experience, surrounded by nature but still close to everything. You’ll have sweeping canyon views and fresh air, while staying just 5 minutes from Lake Austin and about 15 minutes to downtown.

Whether you’re here to unwind, work remotely, or spend time with friends or family, the space is designed to feel calm, comfortable, and easy to settle into.


Living & Dining:
The front door opens into an airy, open-concept living space with cathedral ceilings and natural light throughout. The living room features a 55" TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a dedicated workspace with fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi.

Large glass doors lead to your private balcony, where the views really take over. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxed meal outside, with a panoramic view of the hills and the 360 Bridge.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cozy dining nook just off the main space for easy meals at home.

A short hallway leads to the sleeping areas, thoughtfully set up for comfort and longer stays:

Primary Bedroom:
King bed, walk-in closet with luggage racks and a full-length mirror, and the same peaceful canyon views that define the space.

Guest Bedroom:
Full-sized daybed with a twin trundle, plus a closet with plenty of room to hang clothes and store belongings.

Bathroom:
Shared and efficiently designed, located between both bedrooms. Fully stocked with linens and essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dedicated makeup towels.

Outdoor Space:
The private balcony is a highlight of the home, offering unobstructed hill country views and a quiet place to relax above it all. Many guests end up spending most of their time out here.

Laundry:
A full-size washer and dryer are located in a private utility room off the balcony for your convenience.

Guest access
You will have the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment completely to yourself. There is a floor plan in the listing photos. I do not live on-site, so the space is yours to enjoy in total privacy.

The community pool is temporarily closed for unscheduled maintenance. Our nightly rates for June have been heavily discounted to reflect this! We anticipate it reopening in the next few weeks, but please note it will likely be unavailable for June bookings.
