Dedicated workspace

A room with wifi that’s well-suited for working.
Located 10 blocks from downtown Anacortes and easy access to all of Anacortes best! The apartment is the lower level of a house with its own separate entry, parking, and courtyard with a firepit! NOTE: Residence above, so there is noise above. Large living room with two couches (one of which is a pull out bed) and work out area! Behind the living room is the dining room and a unique office corner. Large kitchen with lots of amenities, full bathroom with stall shower and extra large bedroom!

The space
The basement apartment space available is a one bedroom but there is a queen size pull out couch in the spacious living room! It also includes a full bathroom with stall shower, full kitchen, large living room, and dining room/workspace. (there are other spaces in the basement apartment not accessible to guests).

It comes with lots of extras such as many board games, DVD's, workout equipment, office, fully stocked kitchen with standard baking/cooking necessities (spices, flower, sugar, olive oil, coffee, tea, etc.) and much more!

Guest access
There are two parking spaces in front of the house, access to the courtyard that gains you entry to lower level. Otherwise no access to backyard or upstairs.

Other things to note
My handicapped mother lives on the top floor in a wheelchair and is homebound pretty much and I am her caretaker. So there is some noise from upstairs as the floors are squeaky and old. Also, certain days during the school year, check-in cannot be earlier than 4pm.

Backyard is off limits.

We have a small yellow lab dog upstairs named Buffy who is VERY friendly and sweet, so ignore her bark if it seems alarming. She doesn't bark much or cause a commotion as she is getting older, but if she sees you or other dogs, she barks to say hi!
