Bird lovers come and enjoy Eagles and Kingfishers hunting along the creek. Relax and rejuvenate in the spacious 600 square foot loft above a garage. There are 16 stairs to climb to get there. You will also enjoy the 200 square foot attached deck. There is one full sized bed and a roll away twin size bed. There is a small European shower, it measures 32"x 32". You will travel a mile on an unpaved, country road to get here, in the winter months a 4wheel drive vehicle or chains would be wise.

Adorable Light filled Studio

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the heart of Skagit Valley. Our quaint downtown is a quick 10 minute walk. Less than 20 minutes away by auto you can visit Edison, La Conner, and the Salish sea. Many shops, trails, events and foodie fare are in our Guest Guide please have a look as we were thinking of you when we complied all our favorites places. The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
