Our humble apartment is just a stone's throw away from Ayala Mall Capitol Central. This 33 sqm space is great for those on an extended holiday or for groups traveling for business or leisure, seeking a comfortable retreat away from home.

Our unit is ideally suited for couples, friends or families eager to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture, attractions and delectable cuisine that Bacolod has to offer. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, our home provides the delightful base!

Though our apartment do not have an elaborate design, we made sure to place the essentials in this space, basic to make your stay as comfortable as possible:

To ensure the best possible experience in our flat, we just listed below some reminders:

1. We will be needing a copy of your identification (Government-issued ID e.g. passport, PRC, Driver’s License) at least 5 days prior your arrival to secure a permit from the property for your stay.

2. You may notify us ahead of time for any changes on the number of heads to avoid trouble checking in. We will be preparing the space based on the declared number of guests. For each guest in excess of 2, we will be charging an additional cost of 800.00 php per night. Included in this charge is a provision of additional pillows, blankets and extra towels.

3. Our preferred check in time is from 2:00 PM onwards and our check out time is 12 NN. However, these are flexible. Just let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance so we can make viable arrangements for you depending upon schedules of the current guests.

4. For bookings of more than 14 days, you may opt to have the unit cleaned on your desired schedule at 2000.00 php. Towels and bed sheets are also changed. Cleaning time would be between 9 AM - 3 PM. If you need any further assistance or have any special requests, we’ll be glad to help.
