Stayed 4N5D in this Airbnb and it felt very private and quiet which was ideal for my needs . Very accessible to all local establishments and malls . My concerns were also handled well and responds to my questions promptly .. Good and ideal for one or two persons and the price is also right for the place 🥰…. Worth it ! 👌🏼👌🏼

This is our second month at this location and we definitely feel right at home here. Internet is fast and the TV and Internet are connected to the Regis One generator so even if the power goes out you can still enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. This is our last month at this location before we leave, but we are already recommending this place to our friends if they come to Bacolod.

Nice place to stay if you're planning for a staycation, especially when you want to cook a meal for your family, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment except for the knife, but never an issue; we make use of the available bread knife. The host is also very accommodating and responsive. I requested her for a checkout by 12 noon since my baby likes to swim; she allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We'll be sure to come back. 🙂

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the pool and more local things to do. The condo is very comfortable with air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. We were looking for a relaxing stay and this property fit the bill. Overall it was a pleasant holiday for us. I love the place and we enjoyed all activities. Loved the dipping pool and billiard! We also appreciate manang cel who is just next door who is very approachable and friendly! also CUTEST DOGS! we brought our dog (shih tzu) and he enjoyed it as well. The place is pet friendly and very safe.

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

The apartment is well located, you have a shopping center right across the street and sm mall 18 minutes walk away, there is a park nearby too, if you are a foreigner and it is your first time in the philiines the noise can surprise you, it is the same everywhere. You have 3 means of transport available nearby the fast car, the buses and the kind of buses lol concerning the apartment it is impeccable, the air conditioning is very useful because it is very hot. There is a 7 eleven downstairs but for water I recommend you go see the guards and ask for a blue water can, it costs 100 pesos at the moment and you do 3 days with it instead of the 5 liters which does one day at 80 pesos. You could also look elsewhere and get it for 35 pesos Regarding cooking there is what you need to make any type of dish

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. When we discovered there is no hot water in the shower. They came out right away and found that a previous tenant had turned off the water valve going to the shower. They turned it on and we had a nice hot shower. The towels in the unit are fluffy and very nice. They set up in the unit is very comfy for a two day stay. The unit is very limited on space but she explains that in the description and if you're going out and about doing things and this is your place to come and relax and enjoy it's perfect. The Internet connection is fast and reliable, and the TV is new and has a great picture . The restaurant right across the way is upscale with very good food and not too expensive. There is a bowling alley right across the street with pool tables available and a safe family type environment. Excellent place to stay if you're going to shop at Landers.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient.
