2 bedroom, 1 bath mother-in-law apartment. Sleeps 6 with sofa-sleeper.

Pets on approval. No cats. Gas heat with backup wood stove and backup generator.

The space
Master bedroom has adjustable king size bed. Adjacent bedroom has 2 twin beds. Living room has 1 sofa sleeper and 1 reclining couch.

Ground floor potentially wheelchair accessible, there are no stairs from the driveway into the main floor. Kitchen, dining, sofa sleeper, TV, workstation, laundry, and bathroom all on ground floor. Two acre park-like setting with native trees and native vegetation, large lawn, fire pit, gravel drive around entire property for walks and pets.

Five minutes to the beautiful Little Susitna River.
