The space
This townhouse is named "Harper Ranch", as it is inspired by the original Harper Ranch, that used to be located in the Hollywood Hills. The townhouse is preciously furnished and decorated. The rooms feature hardwood floors, high-quality metal/wood windows, wooden blinds, ultra-high-speed internet, "The Frame" smart TV, a new sound system, "Phenomenal Aire - natural ionization air filtration", and much more. It is our priority to offer a relaxing stay, good sleep, and well-being during your time in Los Angeles. Each room is offered as presented, ready to move in, with changes of cotton linens and towels, professional cleaning service, and restocking.

Other things to note
Hawes House landscaping was designed with native and low-water usage plants by the awarded architectural design firm Lifescapes International, Inc, Newport Beach (Bellagio, Las Vegas/ The Grove, Los Angles). Five private patios offer space for concentrated work, collaboration as well as meditation, and leisure. Enjoy the scent of Jasmine, Lavender, and Rosemary. Feel the healing energy of surrounding trees like avocado, lemon, orange, kumquat, peach, bird of paradise, cactus, and succulent. Ambient outdoor lighting and under-tree lights illuminate pathways and patios. The gas fire pit spreads warmth and coziness. Enjoy a perfect LA evening!
