• Registered Guests Only: For safety and security, only registered guests may use the condo and pool areas.
• No Events or Parties: Gatherings, events, or parties of any kind are not permitted.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the condo or on the lanai.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial photography or videography is prohibited without our prior written consent.
• No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted in the building.

🔑 Guests have full access to the unit, except for the locked storage areas: one closet in the master bedroom (right side) and part of the closet in the junior bedroom (left part).

🧒👦👧 We love hosting families and provide helpful amenities like a highchair and playpen for your little ones. Please note, however, that our condo is not childproof, so we kindly ask parents to supervise children at all times.
