We have put a lot of thought and detail into this home, and we are sure you will love it during your stay here in St Paul. If we missed anything or you have any questions, just shoot us a message! We typically respond in 1-2 hours (usually sooner, but just in case we are in a movie theatre..)

Other things to note
Heat
- Our house has a boiler system which means radiator and baseboard heat. There are multiple thermostats throughout the house.
A/C
- Our house DOES NOT have Central Air. We have A/C units in the upstairs + main floor bedrooms, the main floor living room. The basement bedrooms stay quite cool because they are underground. Bedrooms upstairs and on the main level have ceiling fans that help.
Beds
-There are 7 queen size beds, 1 king size and two pack n plays for any little-littles.
What is capacity?
- Sleeping capacity in the house is 14. We do not allow more to sleep as we do not want to jeopardize our rental license with the city.
- For day long events, our two dining rooms will accommodate 16 (around the tables). If you want to have an event or gathering, please inquire BEFORE booking it to chat first. We do not allow events with a lot of cars or more than 18 people coming to the house to ensure neighborhood harmony.
FAQ's...
Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival.
Late Check-out?
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.
Luggage Drop Off?
- Sometimes. Let us know what you need and how much stuff and we will try to accommodate.
Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.
Is the home suitable for children?
- Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play with a crib sheet, child gate for the stairs, a booster seat high chair and kid dinnerware & utensils.
Can we bring pets?
- No. We are not pet friendly at this time.
Can we have people over?
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our City of St. Paul rental license allows!

-There are cameras on the exterior of the property, at the front door, back yard and in the side porch for the safety of our guests & property.
