If you are arriving or departing on the Spirit of Tasmania, this property is only 2.9km from the new Geelong port and only 500m from The Esplanade for a lovely afternoon stroll along the Geelong waterfront. Beautifully furnished and providing ample space with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, study nook and a lovely cosy lounge area with a gas log fire.

The space
Comfortable queen beds are in both bedrooms. Upstairs compromises of the bedrooms, a central bathroom, a study nook and an ensuite bathroom adjoining the master bedroom.

Downstairs is made up of the entrance hall, lounge room with gas-log fireplace, kitchen & dining, laundry with toilet and courtyard.

Each stay is prepared with professional cleaning.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole property except the very small garage, however, guests may park in front of the garage.

Property access is via a digital pin code.
