Absolutely perfect for a family getaway. Loads of room, kids loved table tennis and pool. Golf at 13th Beach amazing. Barwon Heads a few minutes drive away for beach, shops and restaurants.

Barb’s house was simply fabulous. It was very spacious, light and airy, big sliding doors open wide and let the outside in, lovely furnishings and decor, it had everything we wanted. The pool was warm and perfect after a day of local exploration. A very green and shady garden, with lots of outdoor furniture for relaxing. The house manual was detailed and clearly explained how all equipment worked. Barb had provided a great home away from home.

A very comfortable home and very well-equipped. Perfect for our stay with family for a wedding.

We loved staying here, specifically the kids loved the pool - it rained during our stay but the heating in the pool didn’t stop anyone. We were given great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy. The home was lovely, spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other but cosy enough to enjoy everyone’s company. It was spacious, neat, had all needed facilities and clean pool. However, there were two minor shortcomings in the main bathroom: there was one hand towel for two people, and the ventilator was too noisy, it needs attention.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place. The house was a great size, especially with a big group. We had good weather, meaning we could use the pool, however this place could easily cater for anytime of the year with a games room and multiple living areas. I would certainly stay here again and would definitely recommend.

My colleagues and I really enjoyed staying at the Haven Retreat. This is a fantastic house for a number of people. I would recommend this property.

The kids and I loved it here. We unfortunately couldn't use the pool as it was too cold, but made great use of the hot tub! And so easy for going out and exploring all the local beach towns.

Edwina was a great host. It was a beautiful day the day we checked in, and Edwina allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was an easy walk into town and to the beach. It was bigger than I expected from the photos. I would definitely book again.

We had a great time at Maureen’s place. The size of the place was great for our large group of 7 adults and 6 kids. The house is very well equipped with more than enough of everything that you need in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. We had a minor issue with the microwave but Maureen called me as soon as I let her know and we got it sorted out straight away which was great. The location of the house is great and it’s very handy having the supermarket so near by. Would definitely recommend Maureen’s place and would happily return another time

Michelle’s place was lovely. Lots of different spaces and well presented. Great 5 minute walk to the main beach and 15 minute walk to the main shopping area. Michelle was very quickly to reply. Will be back. Great place, great price.

Great pad close to Portarlington town - spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, a kitted out smart tv, powerful shower and a great big back yard to hang out in. Would stay again for sure

I had an amazing stay at Coastal House Curlewis. The entire house was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay.

Steve and Renee were perfect hosts. They were extremely responsive and tried to accommodate as best as they could. The house/hosts had everything from the quiet location, easy and flexible check in process, clean and nicely presented, excellent communication and snacks on arrival. We were really happy with our stay and we will def look to stay here again! Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying at Wes' place. The property was spotless, the interior was amazing and we were blown away by the ocean views from the spacious open plan living and dining area. Wes was such a lovely host and meticulously updated instruction manual along with the local restaurant details! hint:See whether you can spot photos of the property prior to renovations. The build quality is one of the best we've ever seen. We felt really lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful property and be part of the local community at Ocean Grove. Blue Seas Retreat is very dog friendly, large backyard with lots of places for our dog to explore. Very peaceful location a great place to relax and unwind . Excellent communication with Jane, highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Sarah’s home was exactly as described on her page. It was beautifully appointed with super comfy beds, fluffy towels and everything you could need provided. Sadly, the wood fire wasn’t available to use but we were super warm with the efficient heating there. We go to Portarlington every year for the National Celtic Festival and would all come back to stay here again. Thank you so much Sarah. 😋

Our stay at Fiona’s “haven” was wonderful. The property was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great location- quiet, relaxing and close to the beach. It was lovely to hear the waves at night. Thank you so much Fiona- we had the best time!

Some work friends and I took the Monday off to make the Melboune Cup holiday a 4 day long weekend. We decided to book Hayley's place for 3 nights as we had quite a large group and wanted to be able to be comfortable and have a relaxing weekend away from corporate work 😂 The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, and much more than what we expected! There was plenty of room, and everything was very clean. The only thing we did notice was that the BBQ grill was quite dirty when we first arrived (i believe we ended up cleaning it better upon check out) - and there were a few kitchen items that we consider "essential" that were missing (i.e.: cooking oil, foil, sugar, dishwashing sponge & very little dishwashing liquid) which made cooking on the first night quite difficult as we started late and there were no grocery stores around that were open. But other than that, we all had an absolute delight staying here! 😊

Such a delightful place with all amenities as described. We can safely say that our group experienced everything the place has on offer, from the pool to each of the individual rooms including the room with the arcade game. It was the perfect place for a staycation, we loved it so much we didn't even go out and explore the surroundings, there was no need to. It had everything we needed. Would recommend to stay at, "The Queen"!
