The perfect getaway villa, just 250 yards from Grace Bay beach, Gracehaven Getaway is tucked away from passing traffic in a little garden oasis of its own. It is an ideal venue to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, or honeymoons, or just for a couple seeking a romantic, private setting. Enjoy your own private pool hidden away from main roads and just a 2-minute walk to the Grace Bay beach and Coral Gardens Reef. Easily walk to local restaurants or visit the nearby supermarket for groceries.

The space
The villa was completed in 2022. It is a one-floor villa with everything to hand for a great and convenient stay. There is a kitchen with a fridge freezer, a 4-burner cooktop plus a microwave and sandwich maker. Lots of tea and coffee-making options too.

The large king bedroom has plenty of windows so you can enjoy the natural light plus the large sliding doors opening right out to the pool. There is a Thuma solid wood king bed, twin nightstands, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom for convenient living.

In the living room, you can relax in the evening after a long day out at the beach on the large comfy sofa and watch HD smart TV equipped with popular viewing apps and Amazon Firestick.

The outdoor area is totally private and has a partially shaded deck for outdoor eating and also a larger square pool patio for soaking up the tropical sun. The pool provides a welcome way to cool off from the heat whenever you need to. The whole garden and yard area is secluded so you can enjoy your vacation in perfect peace.

This full amount is the tax due to the government tourism department and is an essential part of the islands economy. Gracehaven Getaway is within two minutes walk of the world-renowned Grace Bay beach just west of the Beaches Resort. 12 miles of white coral sand is on hand. The islands main snorkeling venue at Coral Gardens reef is three minutes away as is Somewhere Restaurant, the perfect spot to dine on the beach and watch the sunset over the bay.

Close to the popular Thursday Fish Fry, a hugley popular local event which features arts and craft stalls , live music and local cuisine. It used to be in walking distance in Bight Park but has now moved to a new location but still less than 1.25 miles away.

The island's largest grocery supermarket is less than 1.6 miles or four minutes drive and the marina at Turtle Cove ( 1 mile)offers boat trips, fishing , diving and more as well as numerous restaurants

The central location means most of the popular areas of the island are within a 15- minute drive at most. Grace Bay's main tourist shopping center is just a few minutes away.
