House vacation rentals in Turks and Caicos Islands

RoChelle's place was better than we expected! Traveled with our 5 year old daughter and she loved everything about it. The road was a little bumpy on the way their but not a problem at all. The Airbnb was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Was very private and quiet during our stay. The vegetation and garden that surrounds the rental was very pretty and I definitely recommend checking it out when you stay. Pool was great and was always clean. Rochelle was so friendly and had great recommendations from visiting the Mangroves, to all the restaurants, and which beaches to go to. It is most definitely a great place to stay as it was very easy driving to the west like Taylor Bay or the east side of the island. Also Grace bay is very close and has all kinds of restaurants and a nice grocery store that had everything to last us the week so we didn't have to spend too much at restaurants. We can't wait to come back and visit!

We had a great time! Beach was just a couple minutes walk and was beautiful. Home was so nice and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed paddle board and kayak

Ginny and Tom were absolutely fantastic hosts. So responsive and attended all of our needs. The villa was well stocked with everything from kitchen equipment to kayaks for fun on the water and everything in between. Highly, highly recommend these hosts.

Wilbert was a great host. He called me as soon as I landed in Turks before I called. Received me and walked us through the home, showed us every room and amenities. His place is more than an AirBNB to him. He takes pride in a clean place. Pink Villas is a gated home and entire place was clean outside and in. He makes himself available and is helpful with discussions about the vacation recommendations. The place is a great place to spend with your family and friends. We rented a car to access the eastern part of the island and the main beach areas. Overall great experience and recommend.

OMG where do I start?? From the moment we walked in and greeted by Patricia we felt right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything possible pertaining to the house and our surroundings. You could literally feel the Love and Peace flowing through this home. Everything is labeled so you don’t have to wonder. Beach is very close. Few minutes walk. When I tell you it was squeaky clean. I mean the attention to detail is immaculate. The last thing I want to absolutely empathize is how comfortable the beds were in every room. Literally felt like you were sleeping on clouds😴 ☁️☁️☁️.. I have insomnia so I really appreciate how far Turks Haven Villas went to ensure comfortable accommodations. Thank you again for a lovely stay.. and a place to call home away from home. My family and I had a wonderful vacation during the holiday season. This unit is very spacious, meticulously clean and newly renovated. The furniture is comfortable and well laid out. I would describe it like a luxurious hotel. There is a balcony off each bedroom and a very private outdoor area with pool, grill, dining table and seating area. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and everything you need for a beach day. It is located in a safe, private and quiet neighborhood very close to beach access and restaurants in the Grace Bay Area. We rented a car and were just a two minute drive to the beach, coffee shops, grocery store and most popular restaurants. It would probably be a 10-15 walk. Russel was very responsive to all of my questions and gave us a lot of great restaurant and activity recommendations, as well as logistics such as the check in process, beach parking, etc. I highly recommend this unit and would 100% book again.

Had such a wonderful few days in January to get away from the cold of winter. All the recommendations were great- we hit Coco Van once we put our luggage inside and had some great fish tacos and a grouper sandwich along with some a great drinks. The next day we walked up to Grace Bay which had such cute shops and lots of places to eat. We made our way to Hemingways which had a great view with good food. Later we hit the beach for the afternoon which was so beautiful! The next day we went to Chez cafe for breakfast which was awesome. The owner came over and made some Other great recommendations. We later went to Taylor Cay which was remote and beautiful- stopped at the Da Conch Shack on the way home. Saturday we took a clear bottom Kayak tour through the Mangroves and then had a stop at Iguana island. So fun and our guide was awesome! After that we headed over to Rock House to the Cave Bar for lunch! Absolutely beautiful and more great food! Highly recommend Coco Dreams!

Dawnett, was the best host, we have ever had with airbnb. She did everything possible to stay comfortably at her place and enjoy our vacation. She is well aware of the attractions of the Island and helped us chose the best ones suited for my family. We felt like we know her for long time. She kept the place very clean with plenty of towels, linens and bathroom essentials. The house is a water front house as it was advertised, we could see both the sunrise and sunset from the house. The scenic view of the ocean from the house is just amazing.

Raify was the BEST host. He rarely took more than an hour to respond to our questions or give advice. The neighborhood was very friendly, if a bit noisy with dogs and machinery in the mornings. I had expected a studio but it was a one bedroom, very minimalistic, but with all we needed forvus as a couple. Especially appreciated the king size bed and beach chairs and towels. And the price can't be beat. It was our first time on TCI and we felt very safe and cared for by Raify and Ysel who checked us in.

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The house was perfect in every way—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the private pool, which we had all to ourselves and made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. The host went above and beyond, providing us with so much useful information to help us make the most of our trip. From local recommendations to tips on navigating the area, it was clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. We couldn’t find a single negative about the house or our stay—everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is welcoming and homey with a stylish eclectic style. We were welcomed by David's wife, Amanda, who said "they are here when we need them and not 'here' when we don't": They're in a guest house on the opposite side of the driveway, but gone most of the day so we rarely saw them. We mostly communicated through Airbnb and David was very responsive, answering questions and offering recommendations. The screened-in porch feels very private and is the perfect place for meals and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked breakfast every morning) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is nice—it wasn’t warm enough for us to swim—and there’s an outdoor shower. We felt safe in the “gated” community, enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood in the morning, and loved the proximity to the beach (but it is SMALL). We highly recommend Cocodemer!

Our group had an excellent stay! Location was in close proximity to a bunch of great restaurants and was very walkable to the beach! Matthew was a great host, responsive and very attentive. He made sure we were all set and prepared for our stay leading up to the trip and the entire duration of our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Our family of 4 had a great time at Laura's bungalow. We loved being able to walk to shops, the grocery, restaurants, and the beach. We had plenty of space for all of us to spread out or to be together. The highlight of the place is the large screened in patio that runs the length of the house. We spent most of our time out there. We appreciated that beach chairs and towels were provided. The local house manager, Ariel, was incredibly helpful before and throughout our stay. He arranged a great taxi service, Nancy Taxi, to take us to and from the airport. He also met us at the house to check us in, even after our flight was delayed. He checked on us a few days into the trip to see if we had any questions. Laura also checked in with us right after our stay. She was very responsive and friendly. Of note, the dirt road that the house is on is not well lit, but it's only a block off the main road, so we didn't have any issues.

Geoffrey's place is very nice, we loved the deck. That was the highlight of this place. Morning breakfast out on the deck, afternoon chill on the deck reading a book was so relaxing. The wind was somehow blocked and felt nice and warm on the deck. The beach was nice but very windy when we were there. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We will definitely be staying here again! Perfect location, excellent and responsive hosts, and very very clean. Nina and Dale were wonderful before we arrived, the entire time we were staying in Satori House, and after check out. They had tons of recommendations and information for us and took extra care to make sure we felt at home! They also made us feel extremely comfortable in reaching out to them with questions about the property and the island! We cannot say enough positive things about the stay and are so grateful for such a wonderful experience for our first time in TCI.

Candice is a very responsive and proactive host. The property is much bigger than what you can grasp from the pictures. Very private area, at walkable distance from Sunset beach and other public access beaches. The house is nicely equipped with even laundry appliances and AC in each room. A great stay that I would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Best stay in the Caribbean The house is amazing — even more so than in the photos — and massive! Very well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool is wonderful and it's so nice to hang out outside. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is (in our opinion) equally as good as the official Grace Bay Beach (less than 10 minute drive away) but with less people — albeit some construction behind you when you're sitting facing the water, but that didn't bother us. The crib and booster seat were perfect for our 9 month old. Although this is not the fault of the hosts, Google Maps really struggles with directions on the island. We suggest going to the AirBnB app and using the GET DIRECTIONS link directly rather than putting in the address the hosts provide in the manual or typing out the one on the listing. Or that was our experience! But other than that, AMAZING!
