Beautiful villa to enjoy your relaxing vacation in Turks and Caicos! The place is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool was very convenient to relax and it was very nice for Natalie to provide all the beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely recommend to rent a car from Natalie’s recommendation, Yuriel (very convenient and responsive) and to drive to the wonderful beaches TCI has to offer.

Staying at Coconat was the perfect choice for my guest and I. It was our first time visiting TCI and Natalie was the BEST host! Extremely hospitable and communicative. She was thorough with providing information even prior to our stay and offered suggestions of how to enjoy our time on the island without me even having to ask. She was extremely friendly and always responsive, even took the time to provide guided directions to us when we got lost heading to a beach. Natalie made us feel welcomed and played a huge part in making our trip so memorable! As for Coconat villa it is gorgeous! What you see in the amazing photos is exactly what you get. Every room is aesthetically pleasing and the entire villa is very clean, well maintained and provides all essentials needed and more. She even provides beach essentials which is a huge plus! It literally felt like a home away from home. Our stay at Coconat villa was nothing short of amazing and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Hey, my stay was amazing and I have a great time. Some of the restaurants are within close range. If I needed help with anything they responded back in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone when they come to stay here.

Stay was great! Really close to the beach, AC, provided beach towels and other useful amenities like sunscreen, a cooler, and chairs. They provided a bunch of recommendations and super communicative!

Everything about the property was described just like the picture..Host was amazing and we will for sure be staying again..Very peaceful location…I loved it!

I stayed here recently for my birthday and everything was SO beautiful! Patricia was so sweet and welcoming and had decorated the villa for my birthday! She even had snacks for us upon arrival! The villa was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location and literally a few minutes walk from the beach! I will 100000% book with Turks Haven Villas in the future!

My family and I loved the Island ! Jasmines place has beautiful views a car is a must !!! Nothing is walking distance from her house but you will want a car to explore the island and all its beauty , Jasmine was there to greet us when we got there our plane was delayed from Boston so it was late to arrive directions to the house where a bit tricky , but other than that was a wonderful and enjoyable stay

This property was awesome! We loved the location and being able to look out over Dragon Cay and Mudjin Harbor. The service was great. Anytime we had garbage, we could put it out on our front porch in the morning and they would pick it up. We loved that you could walk to the restaurant (which was delicious), to the beach, and even secret beach with its hidden staircase. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely rent there again.

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

We had an amazing stay at BeachHaus! The villa was spotless upon arrival, with spacious rooms that were perfect for our family of five. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the quick walk down to the beautiful beach—just a few minutes, and we were on the soft sand, enjoying the stunning water. We also loved spending time on the deck, taking in the incredible ocean views. The gorgeous pool was another great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a private getaway. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

The view from this place is incredible!! The Sunset Bay area is quiet &the beach to the tranquil transparent blue waters is uncrowed. The inside of this Airbnb provides the same fresh serene feel.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue lotus villa! The location is great where Grace Bay is 10 min away, there’s a walkable beach near the house. The house itself is very nice and neat - the pictures are accurate. On top of that, Raymond and his property manager were very responsive and accommodative. I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Hakuna Matata! Hope met us at the property and walked us around and explained all the wonderful features. The main attraction was the evening outdoor showers looking up at the stars and the full moon. If your tall enough or tip toe in the outdoor shower you can see the beautiful colors of Long Bay Beach and the many Kiters ripping thru the water. The 2 upstairs bedrooms felt like separate cabanas at the beach each with different colors. Gas grill, hammock, cornhole, blue tooth speakers, and all the cooking utensils you need. The Golf cart allowed us to go separate directions as the kiters took it to Long Bay Beach while others took the rental car to explore Grace Bay Beach. Of course, we would all meet up at HAKUNA MATATA at the end of the day for a relaxing dip in the pool. "No more worries for the rest of your days"

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Brandi was very quick to respond and clearly cared about making sure everything was right. Great location and a beach is walkable nearby. Ocean view was a treat as well.

This villa was a perfect getaway for our large group of 11 (9 adults and 2 children). We loved the outdoor dining area, beautiful pool, privacy, and the nearby beach! There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. The walk to the beach took about 3-5 minutes. When we experienced an issue with the plumbing on our first day, the hosts were very responsive and made sure it got repaired the next day. The care they have placed in the property is evident and we enjoyed our stay! We hope to return some day.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was amazing - responsive, friendly and so helpful! One of the guests in our groups had been to North so had a really good idea of what we’d be getting into - but exceeded all expectations! We were the only people on the beach and it was so peaceful and relaxing!! A few helpful tidbits for north newbies - grab groceries on Provo before coming over (we brought cooler bags and bought ice for transport) and got all of our water from the local store and filled up throughout the week, went out on captain D’s boat (excellent)! Try to bring an umbrella (zero shade by the pool) and bug spray when lounging by the pool (which is expected). AC worked great and we were up with the sun (curtains were thin) but that’s was fine by us, we just made sure to go to bed early. Can’t say enough great things about this place! But if you are looking for fancy touristy resort, stay on Provo (please), if you want relaxing paradise - come to North but keep it a secret 🌴

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the surroundings and the impeccable design of the property. The location was perfect for us as we were seeking tranquility and natural beauty. It sat right on the edge of the canal, offering panoramic views that truly took our breath away. The accommodations themselves were equally impressive. The interior was elegantly furnished with a blend of modern amenities and cozy touches that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with large glass doors in the master bed that allowed for stunning views of the water from the comfort of my bed. Lori's hospitality was exceptional. She paid attention to detail and was ensured that all our needs were met. A beautiful home away from home that we can't wait to book again! Thanks for everything Lori, you made our stay memorable!

Home was very beautiful. It looked just like the pictures. Backyard was great and home was very well furnished with everything we needed. I loved the location. Once you make your way out of the neighborhood, everything is close by. I would definitely stay at this home again. Jacinthe was also very responsive to my questions.

The inside of this place is better than the pictures show. Kitchen was full stocked with everything need to make brunch for a large group. The place was very clean. The privacy gate made us feel extra safe since it was a group of all women. The location was about 5/10 mins from every place we wanted to go to the island. Highly recommended and will be returning!!!

Amazing! We visited the Blue Haven Marina everyday and it was a quick 4 minute drive away.

Balfour’s Villa was ah-mazing! The villa itself was located in an ideal spot, close to many tourist attractions. Me and my family had such an amazing time. The view of the villa from the back was very beautiful. The inside of the villa was very spacious and well decorated.The private pool and the golf course was very enjoyable. We really loved how the host was fast in responding to any questions we had. We wanted some golf balls and we received it right away. I would defiantly recommend this villa to future guests..
