Your family’s perfect Morrisville summer home—just 3 miles to Lake Elmore for swimming, hiking, and pizza on the deck. Minutes from hiking trails, the Lamoille Rail Trail, and the Lamoille River, with breweries, waterfalls, covered bridges, and family‑friendly eats. Deck time, fall leaf‑peeping, and cozy winter fires make it great in every season, with a short drive to Stowe too.

Downstairs, enjoy the big master bedroom with a king bed, huge closet, and cozy bathroom with heated floors—perfect after muddy trail days. Upstairs, two big bedrooms (one with its own bathroom), two living rooms for movie nights, a full kitchen, a fun bar area for parents, and two gas fireplaces for chilly evenings.

Outside, the giant front deck is perfect for family dinners with mountain views. The huge backyard and sunny porch give kids safe space to play while you relax after a day of hiking, biking, or fishing.

We love diving and snorkeling in the summer and skiing in the winter and in general exploring. We're looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. I have a vacation rental home in Morrisville and am up often to help take care of it.
