'Garn Yam' (Cumbrian Dialect for - Going Home)fully modernised beautiful traditional little Lakeland cottage that sleeps 2, with a gorgeous living room and kitchen to relax in front of the wood burning stove flicking away, whilst you talk about how wonderful the days walk has been.

'Garn Yam' is tucked away up a quiet lane where we have a dedicated car parking space on the road by the cottage just in front of the grassed communal area , with Ambleside just being a short 2 minute walk away

Please note that we get the Wood Burner ready to light through September to April , out of these months we can provide fuel for the wood burner at an additional cost (please contact us directly to enquire)
