The house is in the center of Gaeta, close to the sea and any service: post offices, shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, ATMs, parking lots, cinemas, etc...
It has a separate entrance, and is arranged on two levels connected by a convenient internal staircase.
Furnished with simplicity and attention to detail in vintage 90s style, it has every comfort necessary to spend days of relaxation and leisure in Gaeta.
The accommodation is in front of a historic square, in a characteristic, quiet and well-kept alley.

The space
Inside the house you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: ready-made beds, towel sets for each guest, bathroom kits, basic condiments in the kitchen, pots and dishes. Ah! Of course there is also air conditioning for the summer and independent heating for the winter ;)

The living area has a kitchenette with a stove, hood, oven, sink and accessories. In addition to the refrigerator, there is also a microwave. The living room is completed by a dining table with chairs and a sofa to watch TV comfortably.
Also on the first level is the bathroom with a shower.
The sleeping area is on the upper floor, where there are three beds of different sizes placed under the typical vaulted ceiling of the houses located in the historic center.

The accommodation is located on a characteristic pedestrian street, in the heart of the historic center of the village. The sun does not reach the characteristic alleys that remain the coolest places in summer, and it can happen that in certain environmental and climatic conditions (hot and humid and sirocco) you can feel the presence of humidity. To overcome this problem, we have provided the house with a condensate extractor fan and air conditioner with dehumidifier mode to minimize this inconvenience. For this reason, we always recommend that our guests turn on the fan in the bathroom during the shower.
