Stylish and central located 2 floor, 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment with private office room, 2 terraces, Air conditioning, Gas BBQ and shared swimming pool (all year open).

The space
FuerteNomad - the perfect place to escape, work and enjoy relaxing holidays.

The apartment is brand new (newly built in 2023, renovated in 2026) and has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one upstairs ensuite, one dowstairs), 2 terraces and an amazing small office with Standing Desk and Airconditioning on Both floors.

There is also an amazing sleeping couch with a double bed inside.

In total this way you have 5 private beds available (3 private rooms). Last but least the back door opens up to the Shared Pool that is just 15 meter walk.

Upstairs and downstars bedroom can be made as 2 private single beds per room or 1 king/queen size bed. Let us know what you'll like.

Perfect place for couples, families and remote workers. One could work in the office and the other on the kitchen table. The internet is Fiber and reaches up to 600MB's (fastest possible) and you have the possibility to connect your LAN cable (plugs in every floor in the wall). The outdoor kitchen and indoor kitchen are the hearts of the house with a outside Gas BBQ and inside a kitchen bar.
