Cozy, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with a bohemian vibe featuring artwork and eclectic decor throughout the home. Berea College, Boone Tavern, galleries, shops and dining options nearby. The two bedrooms on the first level have comfortable queen size beds and a full bath with shower. The upstairs space is open with 2 full size beds divided by wall partitions. There is a bathroom with a small tub on the upper level. A deck out back. Basic TV stations and high-speed internet.

The space
This cozy home has two bedrooms and full bath with a walk-in shower on the main floor plus the living room and kitchen. The upstairs sleeping and sitting area have two full sized beds and a futon. The upstairs beds are in rooms without doors. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a very small tub. There is room to park one car on the driveway and one on the street.

Guests will have access to everything except the garage.

This is a residential neighborhood. Pets do not currently live on the property but may have in the past. I note this for anyone with severe pet allergies.
