Vacation rentals in Madison County

The house is in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Berea and very close to the city of Richmond where you have shops and grocery stores. I enjoyed hiking in the Pinnacles only 5 min. away, and the city of Lexington was only a 45 min drive. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms where very clean, and the master bedroom had a mattress that was VERY comfortable. Thank you, Donald for helping me figure out the TV and WIFI and for the suggestions of things to do in the area- I'll have to check out the winery next time I'm in town. The home was very comfortable and quiet, so I was able to get a lot of work done. I would very much recommend Donalds home to anyone wanting to relax and unwind...or just get work done. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Samantha is marvelous. She thought of everything. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom equipped with all one needs. The house was spotless. There are games for children. The kitchen allows for conviviality and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet. My friends and I were absolutely comfortable. We've stayed in Richmond many times and I think this was our favorite because we got to be together

My sister and I both live out of state and decided to meet here for a quick weekend visit. She brought her young daughter and I brought my two dogs. Jamon’s place was perfect for our stay. The large, fenced in yard was exactly what the dogs needed and was plenty big to play fetch in. The covered breezeway was especially helpful since it rained most of the weekend we were there. The interior of the home was spotless and so well-decorated/well-stocked. We felt completely at home. We cooked dinner the first night and got carry out from a local restaurant the second night. Very easily walkable to the uptown shops and college campus. We will definitely be meeting here again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Unfortunately our plans only allowed us to stay for two nights, just wish we had more time.

This was about a mile off the main road but still close to all the convenience one would need. Outstanding place to stay if you're looking for a clean, adorable and trendy place to stay if you're in the Richmond, KY area. This little farm house has just about everything one could ask for. Beautiful deck, deck off the bedrooms upstairs. Really nice bathrooms (all 3) and a perfectly sized and updated kitchen if one decided to cook and eat in. We gave this little gem ***** 5 Stars!

Our recent stay was excellent. The location was very convenient located a short distance from the freeway, dining, and shopping while still being away from the bustle of traffic. The home was very nice, with all the amenities we were hoping for. I appreciated how quiet it was as well. I would highly recommend anybody looking for the comforts of home while visiting Berea to consider staying here.

Everything was great! Home is beautiful and beautifully decorated. Property is close to the areas we need to be.

Julie was a delightful hostess and was flexible on our arrival time. The property was beautiful and our 3 kids played endlessly in the creek right on the property. The house was roomy for our family of 5 and we would return! Thank you, Julie for sharing your home with us!
