The space

It has two spacious bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed, A/C unit, smart TV and private bathroom with hot water.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, A/C unit, smart TV and private bathroom with hot water.

Also there is an open kitchen fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, comfortable living room area, smart TV in the kitchen, laundry area (Washer and Dryer), refreshing plunge pool, BBQ area with gas grill and parking on premise up to two cars.

About the pool, it is plunge pool (Mini Pool – Not a jacuzzi). Jets only will be active from 9 PM to 11 PM for the maintenance process, it can not be activated at any other time. Pool size is: 5 square meters.

A plunge pool is a smaller, svelte alternative to a traditional pool, perfect to cool off or leisurely float.

Our property is not suitable for kids between 0 to 10 years old; it was designed only for adults, in case you book the house with kids (0 to 10 years old) must be under adult supervision always and we will not be responsible for any accident in the property, older kids are welcome. This is mainly because the second-floor bedrooms, balcony and stairs that access the bedrooms.

We have a camera facing the parking lot area.

We have an energy‑saving system for the air conditioners that works with a key card. When the card is inserted, the units turn on, and when the card is removed, the units turn off.
