Sweeping views of Copano Bay’s sunsets from our pier or your covered deck will make your getaway relaxing and more enjoyable.

This new upscale luxurious cabin has a open floor plan and is ideal for couples but will sleep up to 4. It has a spacious King size bed for a perfect nights sleep, a living area that has a lazy boy queen pull out sofa, dinning area with view of the Bay a well appointed kitchen with all your home away from home needs. Large smart TV with cable To include with Netflix or connect to your own Amazon or Hulu account or play your own music using Alexa. Charcoal BBQ Pit, covered deck with seating area or picnic table to enjoy Copano's beautiful sunset's all just steps away from our private pier with extra fishing lights for your 24/7 fishing experience. Easy access to kayaking or enjoy wade fishing the locals favorite shoreline Newcome Point. Be sure and bring your camera our sunsets are unforgettable!

We have 24 sites and cater to people who leave their RV’s year round and come visit, but NO live ins. We are located on Newcome Point shoreline, one of the locals favorite, with easy access to wade fishing or kayaking, or just fish 24/7 on our well lit 325’ PRIVATE Pier. We are within miles of multiple bait stands, boat launches and Bay systems. A true fishermen’s dream...Built by Fishermen for Fishermen!
