Coral Cay Resort in Kissimmee is a gated townhome community set amidst lush tropical landscaping right in the heart of Kissimmee resort area! Coral Cay Resort gives people the chance to achieve the ideal balance of seclusion and access to everything Orlando has to offer. Situated less than five miles from Walt Disney World and other local attractions, Coral Cay Resort is an ideal location to unwind and enjoy the excitement of the world's favorite vacation spot.

The space
This is the perfect vacation home that boasts 4 bedrooms plus a separate loft with a futon sleeps that sleeps 10 comfortably (King, Queen, 4 twin beds and a full size futon in loft). 3 Full Bathrooms (one in Master Bedroom) is loved by all guests! The 2 levels allow for space and privacy with a dedicated work space on the lower level if needed. All the amenities of home including a Washer and Dryer. A full Kitchen, dining area, living room with 55 inch Flat Screen TV puts this home at the top of the list! Many recent updates with attention to detail (new accent wall and kitchen backsplash!) Relax in your personal hot tub in an enclosed patio with a beautiful view of the lake. Parking is a breeze with our Private Driveway.

Guest access
We offer an easy self check-in process that allows you to arrive at your convenience. You will be provided an access code for easy access a few days before your arrival. The entire house (including a personal Hot Tub) plus the community amenities such as a seasonally heated community pool, playgrounds, volleyball court, walking trails, clubhouse with fitness center, pool table and movie theatre are at your disposal.

Please note, there may be times community amenities may not be available due to maintenance.

Other things to note
This is your home away from home with all the necessities and essentials.
We offer fresh towels and linen, Iron & Ironing board, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, internet access and private driveway. For those with small children, a pack n play, strollers and stair gates are available for use. TV channels are accessed through HULU and other apps which you are welcome to use if you have a Log in account. We are here to ensure your stay is a memorable one!
We do offer an early checkin or late checkout when available for a small fee. Please let us know as soon as possible if needed so we can attempt to accommodate.

Our goal is for the clubhouse and community pool to be available for our guests. We do not anticipate any issues. However, be aware there isn't a guarantee that these facilities will be available due to the HOA servicing the maintenance of them.
