FlipinFlopin is a gorgeous GULF FRONT townhome that has been completely remodeled! It has a King bedroom, Queen bedroom, 3 baths, and a loft with an XL twin. FlipinFlopin is a quiet end unit located directly on the beach. It offers a large sunny balcony off the main floor and small balconies off of each bedroom. Fish by the shore, watch horses stroll by on the beach or build a campfire in the sand. Walk directly out the main door and you are at the beach in 150 steps! No pets and no smoking.

The space
This home is BEACH FRONT and newly renovated with new furnishings and appliances. There are decks off of the main living space and each bedroom. The beach can be accesses right from the back yard - less than 150 steps. Cars and golf carts may drive on the beach with a permit. (Golf cart is not included with rental. Local companies with deliver a golf cart to this property for your use during your stay. It is illegal to drive on dunes or sea grass.) Both bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home with the loft at the very top. This property is non smoking and does not allow pets or drug use of any kind. Should you violate these rules you will be asked to leave without a refund for your unused nights. Additionally, you will be billed extra for smoke mitigation and extra cleaning from pets. If your Airbnb profile is incomplete or this is your first stay at an Airbnb property with no host reviews, we may ask you to further verify your identity.

Guest access
Guest access is to the entire home. Access is by key pad with a key for the home and use of the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc, in the storage closet on the main level. There is also an outdoor shower.

Other things to note
This townhome has impact windows and doors for dampening any noise and it is an end unit. The couch reclines and parts even rock. It is so comfortable! No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. No smoking or drugs are permitted. This property is non smoking and does not allow pets or drug use of any kind. Should you violate these rules you will be asked to leave without a refund for your unused nights. Additionally, you will be billed extra for smoke mitigation and extra cleaning from pets. If you do not want to treat this property like you are the owner, please do not book it. The person who books the property must show up to rent the property and is ultimately responsible for the property. The responsible party must be over 25 years of age. Indian Pass is a quiet and natural beach neighborhood located on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is centrally located near TH Stone Memorial State Park, Pickle Ball courts, nature paths, restaurants, public pool at Rish Park, horseback riding and more.

The space:
The townhouse is beachfront and newly renovated from top to bottom with all new furniture, linens and appliances! It's got great balconies! Beach access is an easy walk. Watch the horses stroll by or a dolphin play in the surf. Both bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home with the loft on the very top. Living Room has 65" Smart TV. Master Bedroom and Queen bedroom both have Smart TVs. So, bring your passwords for streaming services.

Guest access:
Access to the entire townhome. Access is by key pad with a key for the home and the use of all of the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc in the storage unit. Outdoor shower is for guest use too.
