**We match the Navy per-diem for War College students for winter rentals** Completely renovated and fully air conditioned, open-concept, 1 bedroom loft apartment in the heart of downtown Newport. Located a block from both the harbor and Newport's famous shops and restaurants. Walk everywhere! Parking for one normal size car is included. Park and explore Newport on foot! Large living room features pull-out double bed sectional with plenty of seating, 55" flat screen TV, and a bar with pub table.

The space
Experience a bit of history with modern conveniences. Built in 1860 but recently renovated to a high standard, our top floor 1 bed, 1 bath apartment has everything you should need during your Newport vacation. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire 3rd floor apartment to themselves for the duration of the stay. The house is on an electronic locking system so last minute bookings are welcome!Rental includes one parking space of a normal full size vehicle. Due to the size of the driveway pick-up trucks and large vehicles cannot be accommodated. Alternate off site parking is available in the area for extra or larger vehicles.
