The Croft has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room & a fully equipped kitchen & shower room. Outside is a private garden with table & chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book

The space
Our recently renovated 2-bedroom seaside home is styled with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

Bright, colourful & airy with modern fittings throughout creating a home away from home feel.

The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, dining room with seating for 4 & a contemporary walk-in shower room.

Outside is a private wrap around garden with outdoor furniture and solar lights to make the most of the summer days and evenings. The rear garden is secure and fully fenced in.

Back indoors, the first bedroom has a comfy kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a double. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, black-out blinds & mobile fans. There is central heating for colder months.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob with kettle, microwave, toaster, full-size fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There are all the essential cooking equipment, pots/pans as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware.

There is a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board plus a hair dryer.

The property has a private driveway for parking.

The final jewel in the crown is it's only a short walk from the unspoilt sands of Fitties beach. Our property also offers a nostalgic nod to the golden age of British seaside holidays as the resort town of Cleethorpes is just a short drive away.

Surrounded by dunes, wildlife, and winding paths, the Fitties is a designated Conservation Area—perfect for those who crave a blend of nature, history, and tranquillity.

Wake up to birdsong, sip your morning coffee in the garden, and enjoy your day by the sea.

The area offers something for everyone. Enjoy long walks along the beach, dine on delicious seafood or catch a heritage train from nearby Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway.

The Fitties is in a conservation area and fast fibre internet has yet to reach us. Our WIFI can be a little slow & temperamental. It's usually fine for email & browsing but It is not fast enough for zoom meetings, streaming or online gaming etc. If internet is vital to your stay please book a different location. The TV has freeview channels through the aerial.

The nearest access to the beach has a few steps but there is also a ramp just a little further walk.

There are many beaches along the coast including in nearby Cleethorpes with its pier, traditional fun fair & fabulous fish & chips! This is where you'll also find supermarkets & restaurants so a car is essential.
