The space
Our fully renovated barn home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, a kitchen and an outdoor gathering space.
Downstairs you will find a open-concept living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with gleaming quartz countertops. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room featuring two sets of washers and dryers for your convenience. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a bunkroom and additional bathroom.
Upstairs is a loft suite with a king-sized bed, sitting area, TV and full bathroom.

The property is centrally located off of scenic highway 98-Alabama's Coastal Connection- between Fairhope and Foley; less than a mile from Magnolia Springs.

Guest access
Guests are welcome in all areas of the home except for a locked storage closet under the stairs.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy our outdoor seating areas on our beautiful 2.5 acre property. The home is located in a rural area of the South that has abundant wildlife; therefore, guests are encouraged to use utmost caution when exploring.
Other things to note
Please note there are four steps to access the rear of the home, two small steps at the front and one bedroom is located upstairs. The upstairs loft is most suitable for teens or adults. We consider it unsafe for small children because it is a loft.
You are visiting rural South Alabama, y'all! It is hot and humid most of the time. There are ALL kinds of wildlife and insects. Please be aware of your surroundings. We have the property professionally treated on a regular schedule to minimize pests. But because of the natural environment it is impossible to eliminate them completely. Keeping doors and windows closed and promptly storing food will help keep unwanted visitors outside.
