Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath canal front home (84 feet of frontage) on the mouth of the Colington Harbour entrance with AMAZING sunset views! Enjoy the community access to the sound-front pool, park, beach and only 4.7 mile to the Kill Devil Hills beach on the Atlantic Ocean. You are centrally located to be able to take advantage of easy access to all the OBX has to offer while you live like a local! BONUS - Dog Friendly!

The space
Spacious driveway, walk up one flight of stairs or utilize the outdoor elevator for easy access to the main living area. As you enter you lead into the living room, dining room, and well stocked kitchen. All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are also located on this level. Spacious deck with gas grill, water fountain, bird house and lots of outdoor seating on the balcony/deck or even dine outdoors! Walk down one flight of inside stairs to ground level where game room and third bathroom is located. You can exit ground level out to backyard patio with gas fire place and patio that sits along the canal. Hanging hammock chairs on the lower level patio to provide you with front row seating to the sunset! BONUS - dock your boat in the backyard!

The entire property is available for guest use except closets labeled and locked for private owner storage.

Please let your host know if you are interested in docking your boat at the house. There will be an additional dockage fee that will come to you after confirm booking.
