Welcome to our peaceful, family-friendly retreat in Hernando Beach, Florida. Nestled in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy canal breezes and sunsets from the screened-in porch or dock. Take our kayaks out on the water right from the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, local dining is minutes away, and a public boat launch is under 4 minutes away.

The space
Our family has been making memories in this home since 2003, and it’s a joy to share it with others. This space was designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of the water.
The dining room overlooks the canal and comfortably seats 8–12, making it perfect for shared meals and time together. Just off the living area, the screened-in porch also faces the water and features a table for six, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset.
The home offers three bedrooms:
• The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, sleeps two comfortably, and has a private bathroom.
• The second bedroom features both a twin bunk set and a full-size bunk set, sleeping 4–6 guests.
• The third bedroom includes a full-size bunk with a twin trundle (sleeps 3–5) and French doors that open directly to the screened-in porch, creating a peaceful space to enjoy the view and fresh air.
Outside is waterfront space, where you’ll find a spacious deck, a floating dock with bench seating. perfect for relaxing by the canal, enjoying the breeze, or even taking a dip in the water.
Whether you’re gathering with family, enjoying quiet mornings, or winding down after a day on the water, we hope this home feels like a place to truly rest and make lasting memories 🤍

🤿SCALLOPING🍽 July 1-Aug18
-The Bayport Flats (Northwest Zone)
• Distance: ~9 to 10 total miles from Hernando Beach. (5 miles out the channel + 4 to 5 miles northwest).
• What to expect: The absolute most popular local spot. This zone features pristine turtle grass fields in 5–8 feet of water.
-The Pasco Hernando County Line
• Distance: ~7 to 8 total miles from Hernando Beach. (5 miles out the channel + 2 to 3 miles south toward Aripeka).
• What to expect: This is the literal southern boundary line where scalloping is legally permitted. It is a slightly shorter ride from the channel mouth and less crowded, but the grass beds are more patchy
-Chassahowiitzka Homosassa Boundary
• Distance: ~14 to 16 total miles from Hernando Beach. (5 miles out the channel + 9 to 11 miles straight north).
• What to expect: A longer boat ride that crosses into Citrus County waters. This area is highly productive and ideal for an all-day trip if the closer Bayport beds get picked clean.
