One of the best perks? The heated pool is directly across the parking lot, making it incredibly easy for kids (and adults!) to pop over for a swim any time of year. Beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon — no car required.

The Seascape Resort area offers a laid-back, walkable atmosphere close to restaurants, shopping, bike paths, and golf — all while still feeling calm and beachy.

Whether you’re building sandcastles, strolling the boardwalk, or sipping coffee on the balcony, this is the kind of place that makes vacations easy and fun.

Guests will enjoy Seascape Resort amenities, including swimming pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and basketball courts—perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. You’ll also have full access to the entire condo, with the exception of one owner’s closet that will remain locked.

Other things to note
A parking pass will be provided in the condo—please be sure to fill it out and display it during your stay. Vehicles without a completed pass may be subject to ticketing, which would be the guest’s responsibility.

Seascape is a lively resort, especially during peak seasons. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and we kindly ask that you be respectful of our neighbors.
