The space
Nestled in a serene lakefront setting, Our little PEACE of Lake Tawakoni awaits with wheelchair accessibility on a partially fenced, gated lot spanning .6689 acres, offering ample space for kids to play freely. As the sun sets, bask in the peaceful ambiance, away from the main road and its noise pollution, and revel in the breathtaking night sky!
This is private property with a two-car carport and a long driveway for parking, offering ample parking and a sense of security, with motion-sensitive lights that illuminate your arrival.
Our carport provides lighting along with a grill equipped with 3 chambers for grilling, smoking or frying. On sunny days it can easily be pulled out from under the carport and on rainy days it can be conveniently left under cover to continue cooking. Please note that we provide the grill, but guests are to bring their own wood, charcoal, propane and/or oil. Additionally guests will find extra chairs and boogie boards available for use during their stay
Step into the master room where a Queen size bed awaits, complete with linens and pillows, a dresser to accommodate all your clothing and a closet equipped with hangers, extra blankets and beach towels for your convenience.
The master bathroom is stocked with complimentary amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, curling iron and a first aid kit, ensuring you have everything you need to unwind and rejuvenate.
The front guest bedroom has a full size bed complete with linens and pillows and the added convenience of its own entrance to the guest bathroom.
The back guest bedroom has a full size bed complete with linens and pillows. Additionally, it features an exterior door providing direct access to its own private porch complete with a table and chairs, idea for viewing the sun set on the lake.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with box fan/fans ensuring a restful night's sleep for those who appreciate the calming ambiance of white noise.
Both bathrooms are furnished with enough linens for all 6 people. Along with black makeup rags.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot and everything needed to crat unforgettable meals together, accompanied by ample seating for all guests to gather and make unforgettable memories. During quieter times, discover a treasure trove of games in the cabinet located by the back door.
The living room will truly inspire a fisherman's heart with its vintage fishing decor. You can unwind with a smart TV, dish network and wi-fi at your fingertips for all your streaming needs and ample space for all guests to relax and rejuvenate
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. Along with detergent, bleach, hanging rack, hangers, steamer, iron and ironing board.
From the back porch you can unwind on the patio furniture and soak up the breathtaking lakeview while hoping to see the deer graze and roam.

Guests can check in anytime after 3 p.m. on their check in day.
Our little PEACE of Lake Tawakoni embraces the ultimate in privacy and convenience with a secure front gate, accessible via your own personal code given to you before your check in day. Enjoy the freedom to close and lock the gate at your discretion.
For access inside the house, it features a lock box on the back porch with the same code as the front gate.
You will have the entire property and its amenities at your disposal, plus a two-car carport for parking.
