The space
Cabin Is clean, cozy and comfortable, nestled within our Horse Farm.

Our horses “run” the back pasture and our farm Managers reside in the front pasture. The Farm Cabin is nestled between the 2 pastures and has a separate driveway entrance with plenty of parking for our guests.

Approx 35 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Downtown Pensacola or Downtown Milton. Also close to I-10, 6.8 miles.

There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as activities such as canoeing, kayaking, ziplining and shopping. Our Property adjoins the Florida Scenic Trail with direct access to the Orange, White, and Blue Trails and Several Creeks within a 15-20 minute hike.

The fire pit and grill on the front pasture are shared space and guests are free to use them; however, guests are not allowed in the horse pasture at any time.

Farm Managers feed and water horses daily. Horse stalls are adjacent to the cottage, so guests can chose to watch or participate in a complimentary Equine Experience. The Horses love (supervised) attention and (approved) treats. Just message the host to schedule your free Equine Experience.

This is a NO smoking property.

PETS: 1 Small Friendly Dog Only - WITH $ 35 Pet Fee Paid ***Prior to Check-In or Service Animal Documentation must be Provided Prior to Check-In. No other pets allowed.

We Will charge extra cleaning and damage fees for Unauthorized Pets, Smoking, Unauthorized Guests, Parties, Events or If all House Rules (Including Quiet Hours) and ALL Check-out instructions are not followed.

Guest access
Guests begin their adventure at Eagles Landing by entering the 2nd Gate with the Metal Horse & Rider. Gate Codes, Key codes and Wi-Fi password provided for self-check-in and guestbook for house guide and local info.

All beds are upstairs.

Follow the driveway to the second gate to the Farm Cottage. Cabin is Reserved Exclusively for Guests, however Farm Manager or Host may access the yard around the cabin or Laundry room for Farm chores and other farm activities.

Other things to note
All beds are upstairs, accessed by spiral staircase. This is an open loft cabin and the bedrooms are open to the rest of the cabin.

Some amenities are shared, on the front pasture, such as fire-pit, camping chairs, grill, and outdoor tables are shared spaces.

Please be courteous to others and clean up after yourself.

Eagles Landing is a working horse farm. Equine activities are inherently dangerous; therefore, guests are not permitted in horse pastures or paddocks at any time.

We ask that you NOT feed horses unless accompanied by a host or trainer. Horses are livestock, not pets. We strive to create an safe interaction between our horses and guests.

We live close by and are willing to accommodate a complimentary equine experience for our guests. We love sharing our knowledge and passion for horses. However, we want your emcounter to be positive and safe.

We care about the properties we manage and provide Clean, Comfortable and Affordable Vacation Stays for respectful Guests. We will charge additional damages and cleaning fees if Guests fail to adhere to all house rules (including quiet hours). All house rules must be followed. We will charge extra for Unauthorized Pets, Unauthorized Guests, Parties, Events, Smoking, Damages and If Guests do not follow Check-out Procedures. You are responsible for safety and cleanliness of yourselves and anyone you allow on the property. Damage and Extra Cleaning will be charged if Guests do not abide by all house rules.

We appreciate Rural Living. Please keep in mind that our Farm is a little off the beaten path while being convenient to Downtown, Milton, Blackwater River, Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, local Airports, Fine Dining, Shopping, Concerts, Outdoor Adventures, and much more. Our property is approximately 30 minutes to Navarre Beach or Pensacola Beach. It’s also convenient to Downtown Milton Riverwalk, Historic Bagdad Mill-Site, and Pace, FL, where you will find Antique Malls, Good Food, and other great Stores. Property is less than 8 miles from I-10, Coldwater Trails, Blackwater River, Heritage Bike Trail, June Ates Arena and other activities. Float down the river with friends at Blackwater Joe's or try out the zip line at Adventures Unlimited. Santa Rosa County has one of the highest horse populations per capita in the state. It is also the Canoe Capital of Florida.
This property is a total of 3 acres, on the Corner of Green Springs and Provincial. It is adjacent up to Florida Scenic Trailways and Yellow River Reserve. There is about 1/2 an acre dedicated to the cabin. You can expect a working farm with farm equipment. Our On Site Farm Manager resides on the Front Pasture and the Horses run the the back pasture. The cabin is nestled neatly between the 2 pastures and has its own private driveway.
