What you’ll have access to:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, with the exception of a few small kitchen cabinets reserved for the cleaning team. You will also have full access to all 14th-floor amenities using the provided keyfob.

How you’ll access the condo:

• Check in at the front desk upon arrival. Please present the ID you previously submitted after booking.
• Prior to check-in, you will receive instructions to download the August Home smart lock app, which you’ll use to enter the condo.
• A physical key will be available inside the unit as an additional entry option during your stay.
• The keyfob is required for elevator access and for entry to the 14th-floor amenities.

Please inform the front desk upon arrival, and they will provide parking instructions and additional details.

Other things to note
This is a residential building, not a hotel. Please be mindful of neighbors.
