Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in.

Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee

Pets- We allow one dog under 50 lbs. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $150 cleaning fee

After checkout once the cleaning team inspects the home, if damages are found, the reserving guest will be charged to cover the damages. This includes all towels and bed linens.
